Dear Member of the Class of 2011-

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MESSAGE!

As you know, a message was recently sent to all students regarding the new club and organization management portal system, Orgsync.

This message contains the information you need to start using Orgsync to keep informed about the events and news from your Class Executive Board. Once you begin to utilize this tool, you will quickly find it to be a tremendous resource.

The Class of 2011 Executive Board has asked me to send this message to you with instructions on how to "join" the class on Orgsync.


To log in visit: (www.orgsync.com/:sslc).
Your personal username is identical to your Novell Username (Computer labs) and PASSWORD.


Instructions are available at www.lycoming.edu/orgs/senate/orgsync/help/ on how to change your temporary password and update your user profile.

AFTER you do this, you need to "join" your class on Orgsync. You do this by logging yourself into orgsync and clicking "Join another org" at the top right of the screen. Then in the Communities drop down box, select Lycoming College, then scroll down to the Class of 2011 and click "Join." It will then ask you for your unique club password. For, The Class of 2011 it is, "freshmen2011"
