About Us... Alpha Rho Omega was founded in 1981 by 12 of the little sisters of the Alpha Sigma Phi fraternity. Since then, the sisterhood has stood for loyalty, individuality and respect both on and off the Lycoming College Campus. With over 300 sisters nationwide, this small local chapter has provided a lasting connection for alumni and current students.
